We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary with knowledge in all aspects of the company secretarial function and a demonstrated ability in providing sound governance advice to listed entities.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ ASX-listed company secretarial experience

  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, law or accounting

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, and organisational skills

  • Assertive, confident and a team player

  • Effective time management skills

  • Exceptional communication skills including an ability to communicate at various levels internally and external to the organisation

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, producing quality work, professionalism, literacy, grammar and punctuality

Associate Corporate Advisor

We are seeking a candidate to assist with all aspects of the company secretarial function and governance support. Tasks include assistance with preparation of statutory records, ASIC forms, company meeting materials, ASX announcements, prospectus and offer documents, ASX reporting, agreements, circular resolutions, corporate governance documents, and share and security issues.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in a governance, company secretarial or senior administrative role would be ideal

  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, law or accounting

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, and organisational skills

  • Assertive, confident and a team player

  • Effective time management skills

  • Exceptional communication skills including an ability to communicate at various levels internally and external to the organisation
