Jess founded Everest Corporate in 2017, which was acquired by Nexia Perth in 2022, where she has since been acting in the role of Director of Corporate Services. Jess is a Chartered Secretary with 15 years’ prior experience in the stockbroking and banking industries. She is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia with majors in Investment Finance, Corporate Finance and Marketing. Formerly, Jess held various positions with Macquarie Bank, UBS Investment Bank (London) and more recently Patersons Securities (now Canaccord Genuity Ltd).

Jess is currently Company Secretary of ASX listed companies Dreadnought Resources Ltd, Ragnar Metals Ltd and Echo IQ Ltd and has held numerous other positions with various ASX listed companies.

Sara founded the corporate legal practice at EMS Legal in 2016. With over 18 years’ experience in corporate law, Sara has significant transactional and industry experience having worked in private practice, as a corporate advisor and in house (in various General Counsel and Company Secretarial positions).

Sara regularly acts for ASX listed companies and their directors and officers, in relation to capital raisings (including IPOs and back door listings, rights issues and placements), recapitalisations of ASX shells, asset acquisitions and disposals, Corporations Act and Listing Rules compliance, corporate reconstructions and insolvency, directors’ duties, meeting procedure, and general corporate and commercial advice.

Sara is currently the Non Executive Chair at Midas Minerals Ltd (ASX:MM1) and an Executive Director at Energy Transition Minerals (ASX:ETM).

John has 16 years' experience working for ASX Ltd and has an in-depth knowledge of the legal, regulatory and governance framework applicable to listed entities. John has extensive experience in assisting listed entities with a wide range of compliance matters, particularly in relation to continuous disclosure, reporting, fundraising, IPO's and backdoor listings, shareholders' meetings, and related party transactions.

Rhys has experience as a lawyer having worked in private practice since 2005. He has assisted a diverse range of companies with corporate transactions, both locally and internationally, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and backdoor listings, transactions with AIM and TSX-V companies, due diligence investigations and Corporations Act and ASX listing rules compliance.

Rhys also has corporate secretarial experience in assisting listed entities with a wide range of compliance matters, including in relation to continuous disclosure, reporting, corporate governance, shareholders' meetings and related party transactions.

Rhys is currently Company Secretary of ASX listed companies Avira Resources Limited, Blaze Minerals Limited and eMetals Limited.
